Behavioral (DISC) Reports

These provide the information regarding the "How" a person does things. It covers the individualized pace and priorities that a person will use. Remember, the reports are written using the "NATURAL" style of the person. The only time the "ADAPTED" style is used the report will point use the term "ADAPTED" for comparison to the Natural or how to manage a person in their Adapted style or state.

Workplace Motivators

These reports are the "Why" a person does things. It shows the passion or indifference a person possesses regarding six business motivators. The patterns of the motivators will give insight into why a person decides or makes choices. These personal influences are engaged in their thought and decision process.

Personal Talent Skills Index

This report is based upon the "Hartman Value Index." This report provides a clear picture of a person's potential and how they are using their potential. It shows the strengths and weaknesses in 67 personal skill categories. It rolls up these skill categories into three dimensions - People; Tasks; and Systems. It then subdivides these dimensions into External - how the person views and values the outside world - and the Internal - how the person views and values themselves. When used with a Certified Professional Analyst, this information can uncover the true quality of an individual - before you hire or promote someone into a key position.

Competencies

The key point for using this report is for hiring a person that must start fast and "hit the road running full speed." You receive the information you need to know in advance. Whether they possess certain success competencies or not. This report combines with a job benchmark for matching talent to jobs.

Sales Skills Index

This report is used by sales managers to determine the level of sales knowledge that a salesperson has. There are several uses for this report. 1) Hiring knowledge sales people; 2) Determining the sales skills of an entire sales team; 3) Benchmarking against the top sales people - internal or external. (Standards can be set using top performers) 4) Use the collective data to determine targeted sales training 5) Use to assist the Sales Managers in the proper sales technique coaching for each sales direct report.
